@baldur on the other hand technology to run stuff has always become cheaper. Current rise in ram and storage is an exception, caused by irrational market dynamics. We will get more efficient processors, more capable of running the same models at a lower cost after the crash. It will still be a wasteful spent of resources in many cases but that's another debate.
