@moxie recently a protest took place here marching for "peace". To state the obvious: I want peace too, but not at a cost of giving in to tiranny. It was promoting peace negotiations for Ukraine (aka surrender to Putin), but weirdly enough it was also supported by pro-Palestine groups. To me these are quite similar battle where an anti human agressor is destroying peoples lives, with the ultimate goal of removing their existence as independent cultures. That should illicit solidarity. Not rivallary.
