I’m not good at picking colours, and hence I use (services like) Adobe Kuler to help me out. (Not really a new service, but I found out I’d never bookmarked it properly.) In the no-Flash world there is Color Scheme Designer, but this service only allows for combining 4 colours. I know. Less is more.
