…and think about the implications of using that persona to guide your product, from project to project, over years. Think of how limited the discussions of that product’s social/psych implications will be, if you focus on Sally & not real people outside of a narrow privileged view

My issue with personas is that they do not tell you anything about a real person or user. I agree that they more than anything reinforce existing ideas of what constitutes and drives a user.
